KasbCraft.com sells 100% digital products — eBooks, templates, mini-courses, toolkits, and membership access — delivered electronically the moment you purchase. Because nothing is shipped, there’s nothing to “return” in the traditional sense. This policy explains exactly how refunds work instead.

Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every one-time digital product purchase on KasbCraft.com — including the AI Income Starter Kit, Income Tracking & Analytics Kit, Email Campaign Bundle, and any other standalone digital product we sell — comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from your date of purchase. If a product isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days and we’ll refund you in full. No complicated forms, no runaround.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@kasbcraft.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Include your order number (or the email address you used at checkout).
  3. We’ll confirm receipt of your request within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (exact timing can vary by bank or payment provider).

Membership Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual)

KasbCraft Membership is billed on a recurring basis and gives you immediate, ongoing access to membership content from the moment you subscribe. Because of this, membership charges are non-refundable, including the first billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from My Account → Subscriptions, or by emailing us — you’ll keep full access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, with no further charges after that.

When a Refund Isn’t Available

  • The request is made after the 14-day window has closed.
  • Membership subscription charges (see above).
  • There’s clear evidence of misuse — for example, downloading an entire product library and then requesting a refund, or sharing, reselling, or redistributing purchased content.
  • Products or bonuses received as part of a free or promotional offer.

Affiliate & Third-Party Products

Some of what we recommend links out to tools and platforms sold directly by other companies, through affiliate programmes such as Impact.com and Admitad. Purchases made with those companies are governed by their own return and refund policies — not this one. If your purchase went through a third-party provider, please contact that provider directly.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Please reach out to us first. We resolve the vast majority of refund requests within 24–48 hours, while a bank chargeback can take significantly longer to resolve and may temporarily restrict access to your account while it’s under investigation.
